Domestic Shipping (Thailand).
- Shipment throughout Thailand will be posted by Thailand Post as registered parcel. It usually takes 2 to 4 days. Faster shipping methods (EMS) are available with extra charge applied.
- International packages will be shipped by Thailand post as International registered Parcel. Orders usually arrive within 14 to 21 days, however may take up to 8 weeks subject to custom. Faster shipping methods (FedEx) are available upon requested. Extra charge applied.
- International registered Parcel service by Thailand post does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If you would like to be able to track and insure your package, upgrade is available and extra charge will be applied.
- International customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
Returns & Exchange
Returns & Exchange policyWe want all our customers, pets & pals to happy with our products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods, so we can help you through the process.
After our confirmation, please return the product within 7 working days. We do not accept refunds or exchanges (other than faulty items) on orders shipped outside of Thailand.
How to return or exchange productPlease note that when you return product(s), it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. We recommend to use traceable method and retain a tracking number as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit.
All products must be return in their original packaging and must be in original, re-saleable condition. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary. We reserved rights to review of the returned product.

Do you restock items that are sold out?We accepted back order on some items. Our products are hand-crafted to order by our team in Bangkok. Please allow 3-4 days production time for custom and back order . You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
What size collar should I order for my dog / cat?Please ensure you measure your dog(cat)'s neck correctly - around their neck, not their existing collar. Please refer to our guide to measuring your dog correctly here. The product page for each collar will display sizing information, please match your dog(cat)'s neck dimension to our collar size. How to care our leather goodsWe hand picked our leathers and treated to age beautifully over time. If you would like to condition your vegetable tanned leather, we recommend Obenauf Heavy duty LP – a little goes a long way. For Harness leather products, we recommend simply rubbing the leather with a soft cloth or rag to bring out its sheen and to diminish any small scuffs that develop. Harness leather may exhibit a waxy finish after sitting in transit; this is a natural trait of the specific tanning process, and can easily be dealt with by gently burnishing the item with a cloth.
How to care our waxed cotton goodsWaxed fabrics have been successfully used for many years without washing. Our fabric has been treated and will maintain its stated more than 10 years. A periodic cleaning with a hose or damp cloth is all that is needed. Bare areas can be refinished with recommended Martexin Original Wax refinishing compound, which can help restore the wax finish.
